||All relatives and friends gather in a funeral procession held at the Besakih Temple. It was really weird to see the whole procession consisting of at least a hundred people come to a full stop when this elder on the photo saw me with my camera. He insisted that I take several pictures and show them the results before the ceremony continued. The whole crowd waited for me to take the pictures. I was told earlier that Indonesian habitants do not see tourists as intruders at family ceremonies, but people from a far away land who make the process even holier. I never believed it until I experienced it personally. I've never seen such openness and hospitality anywhere in the world.
